Eddystone-EID configuration and set-up

Configuring Eddystone-EID requires an additional step: registration of the beacon on Google Cloud account.
Select EID as frame format: EID rotation period, namespace and instance ID are editable (namespace and instance ID are static ID's used to register the beacon on Google Cloud). As other frames, you need to specify also advertising interval and transmission power.
Then select the "Update beacon" option at the top right.

You will be asked to select a Google account (accept the following request).

Successively, select the project created on your account where you want to register the beacon ("MyTestProject" in the example).

The beacon is successfully registered (EID rotation period, namespace and instance ID are no more editable).

Go to the Beacon Dashboard. All your projects are listed here. Select the project where you register the beacon ("MyTestProject" in the example).
Your beacon will be listed in the Beacons list, with the description given by the string "3!xx...xx", where the number 3 indicates that it is an Eddystone-EID beacon and xx...xx is the identifier proved by the namespace ID and instance ID.
